CM9B-T125 Troubleshooting

Problem Possible reason Solution
Coffee maker does not start  Power cord is not plugged in.

Power switch is not “on”

No water in the water tank

Pump is dry
Plug into power socket

Turn on power switch (see No.1 in the description)

Fill the water tank

Run the unit with it’s water tank filled to maximum capacity (1.25L)
Coffee maker stops  Limescale in the product Descale the coffee maker
The coffee is not hot enough The thermo jug is very cold Preheat the jug with hot water
Filter holder overflowing Drip-stop is locked

Coffee ground clogging the flow-control valve at the bottom of the filter holder.

Coffee too finely ground
Open the drip-stop

Set the flow control to 1,25 and rinse the filter holder by running water through it.
