KNIVES

Plastic knife

  • Use the plastic knife when making pasta dough, pizza dough, bread, pie dough etc.
  • Do not use the food processor more than 2 minutes continuously. Unplug the appliance and allow to cool down for 30 minutes.
  • The amount of flour in recipes can’t exceed 200g.

Stainless steel knife

Use the stainless-steel knife to chop, mix and purée.

  • Before processing, cut the food into pusher size pieces.
  • Do not use the food processor more than 2 minutes continuously. Unplug the appliance and allow to cool down for 30 minutes.
  • For coarser foods, turn the knob to the left, and press the pulse button.

Blade discs

  • Please pay attention to the capacity line of container. Once the food approaches the max line on the container, please stop operation and pour out the food.
  • Switch the appliance on, and put the food into the feed tube, and push it down evenly with the pusher - never put your fingers in the feed tube.
  • Do not use the food processor more than 3 minutes continuously. Unplug the appliance and allow to cool down for 30 minutes.

 

Emulsifying disc

  • Recommended to use for aioli, mayonnaise, whipping cream, whisking eggs, egg whites, and sponge cake mixtures.
  • For egg white whisking, please use room temperature eggs. Please ensure the bowl and emulsifying disc is dry and free from grease.
  • Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.
  • For the best results, use speed 2.
