Ingredients (Yields ~1.8 L)

  • 600 ml whole milk
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons chocolate milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Optional Toppings:
Whipped cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings

How to make it

  1. Mix it up
    In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and fully dissolved.
  2. Fill the machine
    Pour the mixture into your Wilfa Icy Slush Machine (max 1.8 L).
  3. Select MILKSHAKE
    Choose the MILKSHAKE program. The preset starts at the optimal temperature for creamy texture. Adjust if desired.
  4. Let it chill
    The machine will beep three times when the milkshake is ready to serve.
  5. Top it off
    Pour into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce if desired. Enjoy immediately!

No chocolate milk powder?
Swap it with 3 tablespoons cocoa powder + 3–4 tablespoons sugar for a rich, homemade chocolate flavor.
