Wilfa offers a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:
- Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
- Overloading the product
- Glass damage
- Non-stick coating
- Wear parts
- Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly
This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa-branded products.
Products under the brands E-Way, E-free, Stadler, Nivona, Jordan, and MySoda will continue to have a 2-year warranty.

Rapid heating
With the market's fastest heating, you don't have to wait any longer than necessary to insert the pizza. 13" only takes 12-15 minutes to heat up to the ideal temperature of 470-500 degrees. The temperature of the pizza oven can be adjusted with the gas regulator.
The heating time may vary according to external conditions.
Wide opening
The pizza oven has a wide opening of 34.8 cm and the pizza stone is 13" (33 cm). Normal pizza size is 10-12" which makes it easy and gives enough space to turn the pizza during cooking, which gives better control of the roasting process. During cooking, you should rotate the pizza 3-4 times so that it is cooked evenly, use the included pizza spatula for this.
The pizza oven comes with a smart and practical bag that you can wear on your back. This means that you can easily take the pizza oven to the park or in the surrounding area. The gas line can be connected to smaller gas containers that can be carried with you. Remember that the pizza oven must cool down properly before taking it home.

Cleaning
The supplied pizza stone can be removed from the pizza oven for cleaning.
Storage
The pizza oven has foldable legs that make it easy to transport and store. It should be stored dry and away from wind and weather out of season. Wait until the pizza oven has completely cooled down before moving it.
Necessary accessories
The pizza oven is connected to gas when in use. The gas container must be purchased from approved outlets and must fit the CGAS gas regulator, type C21, 30 Mbar regulator.
